Is Productivity Coaching Right for Me?

You’re new to real estate
KW’s coaching is particularly helpful for new agents. It offers structure, accountability, and proven systems to help you build a pipeline and close your first deals.

You want mentorship and accountability
You’ll get one-on-one or small group coaching focused on time blocking, lead generation, and goal tracking. If you struggle with staying consistent, this can be a game-changer.

You’re willing to follow a proven system
The coaching is very structured and system-based (e.g., using the KW models and the MREA book). If you’re coachable and open to following guidelines, you’ll likely benefit.

You’re aiming to ramp up your income fast
The goal is usually to help you hit a solid number of transactions in your first year (commonly 16–24). If you’re financially motivated, the program provides a solid path.

Frequently Asked Questions

Productivity Coaching is a results-driven mentorship program designed to help new or underperforming agents build a successful real estate business. It provides training, accountability, and support to help agents close more deals, faster.
Primarily for new agents or those who have not yet hit a consistent production level (often under 16-24 transactions/year). However, it’s also great for agents returning to the business or looking to restart momentum.
  • One-on-one and/or group coaching sessions
  • Goal setting and accountability tracking
  • Lead generation strategies and scripting
  • Time blocking and business planning
  • Contract-to-close training and transaction support
  • Regular check-ins with your productivity coach
There are 3 levels:
  • First 3 transactions
  • One year or until company cap is reached whichever comes first
  • After capping a 6 month, renewable contract
Mentor program is a shared commission paid at closing for 1st 3 transactions
Level 2- No additional cost, fee is paid from company portion of commissions
Level 3- 10% of gross commissions earned

The focus is on teaching you how to generate your own leads through prospecting, open houses, sphere outreach, and proven KW models. Some coaches may also provide leads or opportunities, but self-generation is the core goal.

Frequency varies by office and coach, but typically you’ll have weekly group coaching and 1:1 check-ins as needed. Daily accountability may also be part of the structure, especially early on.
Many agents close their first 2–5 transactions within a few months and build a pipeline to 16–24 deals per year. Results depend on effort, coachability, and commitment to the process.

You will be expected to follow a curated business plan and complete regular reports to leadership.
